Prices

All product prices and shipping costs are listed in US dollars (USD).

Promotional prices and other benefits (such as quantity discounts, gifts, delivery cost benefits, etc.) apply on the day the order is submitted.

Payment

In the herquietreturning.com online store, you can pay for your order using the payment methods listed below. All payment methods are processed securely.

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) – At checkout, you enter your card details and complete the payment online.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via Slovenian Post.

Shipping is free of charge, regardless of the weight of the package.

Products in stock are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
Products that are not in stock are usually delivered within 5–10 business days.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the package can be picked up at the local post office.

Conclusion of the Contract

Below are the technical steps that lead to the conclusion of a purchase contract:

The user adds the desired products to the shopping cart.
At checkout, the user enters the required information and selects a payment method (the purchase can be completed with or without registration).
Once the user has entered the required information, they must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the herquietreturning.com online store and confirm the order. By confirming the order, the user confirms that they have read and fully agree with the store’s Terms and Conditions.
After submitting the order, the user receives an email with details of the order.
The contract is considered concluded when the buyer receives the ordered goods and pays for them. The contract is valid for fifteen (15) days from receipt of the goods. Contracts are renewed with each new order and remain valid until they expire.
Purchasing in the online store or providing any personal data on the website is permitted only to persons who are legally capable of entering into contracts and at least 15 years of age. Other persons may submit information only with valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.

The original invoice you receive upon payment or delivery of the goods serves as the contract.

The concluded contract is stored at the company’s registered office (Mondella Ltd., Slovenia) and on the server of the herquietreturning.com online store.

You may request access to or a copy of the contract at any time by emailing us at hi@herquietreturning.com. The contract will be sent to you by email or postal mail.

You can also review your contract and past orders at any time on the website using the username and password you selected when registering. You can view your contract after registration or via the link sent in the order confirmation email. All information relating to your account settings, orders, and contracts can be found under “My Account”.

Correcting Errors Before Submitting an Order

When viewing a product, you can select it by clicking the “Order now” button and adding it to your cart.

While entering your information at checkout, you always have a clear overview of the data you’ve entered and can correct it at any time before submitting the order.

After we receive your order, you will immediately get an automatic email confirmation.

If you notice that you made a mistake after receiving the confirmation email, you can:

reply directly to that email, or
contact us by phone or email.

A representative of the company may also contact you by phone to verify your details and clarify any ambiguities or errors in your order.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Returns)

For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right (under Article 43.c of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot) to notify the company within fifteen (15) days via email (hi@herquietreturning.com) that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason.

Returning the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered notice of withdrawal.

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 30 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.

After receiving the goods and confirming that they are undamaged, of the same quality, and in the same quantity as delivered, the company will refund all payments received from the consumer in accordance with the law.

The only cost to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.

We do not accept shipments with cash-on-delivery (COD).

When returning goods, the consumer must send:

their personal details,
their bank account number,
and the original invoice for the goods being returned.

The refund will be made within 10 days from the date we receive the notice of withdrawal.

As a buyer, you are entitled to all rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act.

By confirming the purchase, you agree that Mondella Ltd. may process and manage your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling and enforcing contractual rights and for the purpose of informing you, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

Seller’s Right to Cancel an Order

We reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to partially or fully withdraw from fulfilling an order, for example if:

ordered items are out of stock,
we identify increased payment risk related to the buyer,
the order form was not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions,
there is an obvious error in the price list.

In all such or similar cases, we will inform you immediately via email or phone.

By clicking the “Place order” button in the last step of the purchase, your order will be submitted, and we will confirm receipt by email to the address you provided.

You can review the details of your order after confirming the purchase or via the link you receive in the confirmation email.
